from the youth participants:
a movie is a good way to express your thoughts to other people,”
this movie has changed my life by making me happier. I got to say what
I want about stuff that I wanted to say a long time ago but had nobody
to talk to about.” Ashley admitted.
“This film was made to give perspective on gang violence and the things teens live. I lived that gang violence kind of life on a daily basis and so did a lot of my friends. The movie is a representation of how it’s bad to be involved with gangs. It made me think about what I’ve been living,” Carmen recounts.
